Recently, I was sadly forced (by my own design) to resign from one of the boards I loved serving on most: CAPA...Child Abuse and Prevention Association. (Because I JUST don't have TIME to serve ALL WELL!) The hats I wear with CASA are nearly overwhelming...so many reports, deadlines, above and beyond the substance of the work we do.The stat which helps me sleep at night is that we, CASA, as a team, helped 83 children find safe, stable and permanent homes in 2008. These types of tests are helpful in the work force to understand people's strengths and weaknesses. Here are my recent results.
- logical, analytical, and objectively critical
- decisive, clear and assertive
- likely to conceptualize and theorize easily, adept at translating possibilities into plans
- good at correcting illogical or inefficient procedures
- likely to value intelligence and competence, abhor inefficiency
- action oriented and strategic; able to organize resources to achieve goals;
- usually seen by others as direct, challenging , decisive, objective and stimulating
